Although my daughters are having a great time with the volleyball program, I am very disappointed with the customer service and communication around the golf membership. I signed my son up for 1 month, as a way to spend his time while waiting for his sisters. I was then told after the first month, that it was a 3 month minimum. I was never told this by the young man when signing up and I would only be traveling to Next Level for 1 month, not 3. When I contacted administration to explain, they were not willing to budge or refund any money. So beware! They will sell you on all the perks, forget to add that detail, and then make no exception for you. * I believe the solution you are referring to is extending the membership for two additional months. This is not a solution that works for me. As I already discussed with you, I will no longer be driving all the way to Schoolcraft after my daughter‘s volleyball is over which is the end of this month. The reasonable solution would be to refund my money, as very important information was left out when discussing and signing up for the membership.

Beware! There’s fake reviews on here. I have our seven year old in quite a few sports and this one’s the worst. $143 and sneakily make you pay that amount for three months! What is wrong with these people? The training was mediocre at best. How disappointing to prey on families. We just moved to the area and we’re trying different activities and there are a lot of good ones here. This is not one. I’ll be sharing with everyone I work with and my block what a terrible facility this is!

We truly enjoy our time at this place. All the programs and events they have are fantastic. My boys and I take golf lessons here and they are top notch. Although, it can get busy at times, everyone is always looking to be helpful. The indoor range is great for colder months this and the outdoor range is great as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a sports complex to check this one out.

I want my money back. I paid $100 for an absolute garbage piece of equipment in the St Andrew's virtual golf suite. 50% of our shots wouldn't even register on the screen. I won't get into the actual trrrible functionality of the game itself (putting is a joke) but rather.... I'd like to focus on the system just not working period. This was an embarrassing experience as I hyped this up and everyone was dejected because it wasn't working properly. The experience turned into a joke very quickly. You guys have to do better with the upkeep and overall functionality of your equipment. I feel like this place reached in my pocket and snatched 100 bucks right from me. Sorry guys...I don't typically send poor reviews like this but it was a terrible customer experience and I felt compelled. For now, I would recommend NOBODY pay good money for this experience at the Dome.

Selfishly I don’t want anyone else to come here because I would like to keep it all to myself. This is the best venue in West Michigan for sports development and fun. I’ve spent countless hours on the golf range and simulators indoors and I’ve never had a complaint. The staff is a Grade A and the facilities are phenomenal.
